The Enerven team has a wealth of knowledge in the material supply industry offering complete logistics, technical and material service for all clients, no matter if its as big as a Stobie Pole or small as a 5 watt fuse. Their old e-commerce solution just wasn't cutting it. We needed to create seamless integration from customer through to warehouse and backend systems.
The Outcome
Plastyk worked closely with Enerven and SA Power Networks teams to develop a service blueprint to organise and plan business resources to produce a tightly integrated B2B ecommerce system. Streamlining the entire online purchasing process into the selected enterprise business management software platform, SAP. Customer journey maps provided the insight, whilst user testing gave Plastyk Studios tangible feedback resulting in a streamlined user experience.
